Who are we.
SPEAKS DESIGN SERVICES IS A FULLY INSURED, SMALL REGISTERED ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN PRACTICE SITUATED IN NORTH WALES RUN BY OWNER, CHARTERED ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST, THÉO SPEAKS MCIAT.
Théo Speaks holds a first class Bachelors degree with honours in Architectural Design and Technology from the University of Salford, Manchester and is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT). Théo has several years of industry experience and has previously worked for large award winning Architectural Practices such as Manchester’s AEW Architects. During this time, Théo’s achievements include managing projects for corporate giants, McDonald’s and Domino’s Pizza. Théo also passes on skills to the next generation as approved visiting lecturer at Chester University.
“From a young age, I have always had a passion for design, so Architecture was the perfect career choice for me. I not only love the artistic side of Architecture, but also the science too. I believe the best Architecture is art and science working together in perfect harmony.
I created Speaks Design Services to help my clients create the perfect space for them. I do this by getting to know you, finding out what makes you tick and then designing something together that helps to improve your life. There is nothing more pleasing than seeing the happiness on a client’s face when they see and experience the finished article.
I am fortunate enough to work with fantastic clients all over the UK. Since becoming starting Speaks Design Services, I have enjoyed being able to give over 300 clients the time and effort that they deserve.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife, family and friends. I enjoy a walk through the countryside (as long as it ends at a pub of course!) In my pre-student days, I was a Professional Freestyle Footballer and showcased my skills for Sky and the BBC.”
