Alternatively, you may only need a reduced scope of services if you have had design work carried out in the past. Either way, we will explain the steps you need to progress your project in the best way.

Our Process.
In order to simplify the design process we have broken it down into 3 steps.
Draw. Tweak. Build.
Draw.
We meet with you at the property and listen to what you want. Once we’ve looked around the property together, we sit down and will finalize a no-obligation quote for our services there and then. We then book a survey at a time that suits you. Once the survey is drawn up on CAD software, we book a Live Design Meeting. This is a unique design service that we have mastered over the years. We draw in front of you on our CAD software at your home or in our offices. This helps you to explore as many design options as you wish. We also better understand what you need, which saves weeks of design amendments. After the design meeting is complete, we complete the plans in our offices. The drawings are sent to you by email or post for you to review.
Tweak.
We listen to any changes you would like to make. If required, we then offer Architectural advice to ensure the changes comply with planning policy and meet the building regulations. We then tweak the design for you until it’s absolutely perfect. We look after everything to do with planning and building regulation applications from producing drawings to talking with the council. We work with a fantastic team of external consultants who are as committed as we are to providing great service at exceptional cost. We also provide support for any other applications you may need to submit.
Build.
You can use your Building Regulation drawings for builders to quote and build from. We will be happy to make any minor final tweaks to the drawings before building work starts.
